✦ About
Nothing is wasted. Everything carries forward.
Loyaltree is a Southern African loyalty network built around a simple idea: the small, forgotten value in every transaction — the unpaid change, the unrewarded visit — should stay with the person who earned it. Two balances, one QR, every shop.

The problem we kept hearing
A cashier in Harare slips a customer a hand-written coupon for the $0.35 in change they can't physically make. That coupon disappears. The money disappears with it. Multiply by every till, every day, across every Southern African country with a chronic small-change shortage. It adds up to real money — and real frustration.
The other problem we kept hearing
Customers carry wallets stuffed with paper loyalty cards. Lose one and you lose months of effort. Earn at one café, you can only redeem there. Visit a new place, start from zero. Loyalty doesn't compound, which is the opposite of what loyalty should do.
What we built
A single digital wallet with two clearly separate balances. Seeds are loyalty points — earn at one merchant, count toward your tier across the whole network, never expire. Store Cash is the real money the till owed you in coins — held in cents at that merchant and spendable like cash on your next visit there. One QR code. One app. Every merchant.
What we believe
Loyalty programs should serve the customer, not trap them. Money earned should be money kept. And the rails underneath should be unimpeachable — a strict double-entry ledger where every Seed has a home, every credit balances, and nothing is ever silently deleted.
Where we're going
Zimbabwe first, with the full change-conversion feature. Then Zambia, Botswana, Mozambique, and South Africa. By 2030, the goal is a unified loyalty rail used by tens of thousands of merchants and millions of customers across the region.
